           Have you thought about the word DISEASE?
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
&lt;/div&gt;&#xD;

  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The word disease rolls off the tongue so easily... "Oh have this disease or that... I just received a diagnosis of... let me share my journey when I had this disease" Such a familiar conversation. But what is this word...disease??
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           It is DIS - Ease.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Yes... dis-ease...
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            We experience dis-ease in our life all the time. Sometimes it lasts for a moment, sometimes it may go on for weeks or possibly more. Emotional, mental and psychological tension and stressful experiences create an imprint on our body, especially the ones that last for more than 3 months. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           We all experience life, we feel, we remember,  we struggle, we enjoy.  Some life experiences create a joyful memory and leave us with positive, happy energy, but others may be the opposite. Some life experiences will lead us down the path of sadness, stress, and anxiety. We use creative language to express our connections and emotional response to an event.  We are also pretty good at knowing and naming the location of that emotion in our body. So Intuitively we actually know that DIS-EASE will lead to DISEASE!!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Our body stores the energy of the stress, trauma, and sadness and eventually, it can not hold it any longer with EASE so the body begins to break down....creating DIS-EASE and slowly [or it can happen in no time at all] becomes a DISEASE.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Remember these sayings?  "Oh, I felt it in my gut", "It felt like someone stabbed me in the back", "It was gut-wrenching", "It felt like I couldn't say a word", "I had a knot in my throat" - these expressions are relating to the connection and relationship of our experience, the emotion and how it's affecting our body.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           These experiences, positive or negative, equally have an effect on our bodies. If we are exposed to ongoing, long-term stress - DIS-EASE - that eventually takes a toll and the energy of that stress will express itself in the body in the form of disease.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

            Dear Mum!

            I totally hear you! It's not easy... I remember being a first-time mum and determent to breastfeed. I grew up in Hungary and was only 21 when I had my first baby. Way too young to be a mum! After my baby was born I began the journey of somewhat "going down the rabbit hole" of breastfeeding.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Not having appropriate guidance, knowledge and support I ended up with mastitis. Definitely not fun!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I was in pain, I was uncomfortable, and nothing really seemed to ease the discomfort and pain.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Thank goodness for the "experienced" mum next door, a mum of 3, who came to the rescue. She gave me some tips on massage, self-care, and a hot bath — wouldn't that be nice if I would have had a bath — and she gave me a red heat lamp. A red heat lamp????
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           I thought....really....how is that going to help?? Then I remembered!!! The AHA moment!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           When I was a child, I happened to be sick a lot. I suffered from an ongoing chest infection, ear aches, and sinus problems and my GP treated me with the RED HEAT lamp! Yes! It was normal practice in Hungary in 1970!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Red light has been a lifesaver for me and for my health and wellbeing. So used it for my mastitis, and it gave me amazing relief! Eased the pain, and made my breast softer and less swollen. It also helped with cracked nipples too.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;

            It's not you! Willpower gets tired!!!
